• Raw Vegan flax crackers with nut pate (choose from Mediterranean, herbed or curry)
• Hummus platter, homemade hummus (choose from sundried tomatoes, garlic lover, olive lover) with whole grain pita chips, endive, bell peppers, etc
• Raw vegan tomatoes ~ roma tomatoes stuffed with Italian nut pate
• Raw vegan stuffed mushrooms ~ mushrooms stuffed with nut pate ( choose from Mediterranean, herbed or curry) and gently dehydrated for a cooked texture
